Each individual may maintain only one account with pena4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you forget your login credentials, use our account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
You must not be currently subject to self-exclusion from pena4d or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you may not create a new account until the exclusion period has expired and any mandatory cooling-off period has been completed.

Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours. Until verification is complete, your account will have limited functionality and you may not be able to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify pena4d customer support and change your password. pena4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.
pena4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason. We may also request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms.
pena4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may trigger additional verification for anti-money laundering compliance. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. pena4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification completion and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 hours during business hours (9:00 WIB to 21:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday). First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours as we verify account details. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering reasons.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each promotion. You must complete the required wagering before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. You may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts. Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). All games on pena4d operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to verify fairness and compliance with industry standards.
The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG at the moment the bet is placed or the game round is initiated. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of obvious technical error. Game results displayed on your screen are final and binding, subject to verification by pena4d in the event of disputes.
If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active game rounds will be completed automatically according to the game rules. When you reconnect, you will see the results of the completed round and your balance will be updated accordingly. In slot games, any active spins or bonus rounds will complete automatically. In live dealer games, your hand will be played according to standard game strategy or folded if no action is possible.
In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be void and refunded. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard disclaimer in the gaming industry. If you suspect a malfunction, immediately contact customer support and cease playing the affected game.

pena4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 months may be closed), or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or other Users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access it or any associated gaming history.
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent). During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. The arbitration will be conducted in English, take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pena4d is licensed to operate.
